Login Is Not Remembered
Normally, TocaToca remembers your login on a device. If you have to sign in again every time you visit, a browser setting is usually preventing your session from being stored.
Allow Cookies
Section titled “Allow Cookies”TocaToca uses cookies to keep you signed in between visits.
Make sure that cookies and website data are not being blocked for TocaToca.
Avoid Private Browsing Mode
Section titled “Avoid Private Browsing Mode”In private or incognito mode, login sessions are often deleted automatically when the browser window is closed.
For regular use, we recommend using a normal browser window.
Restart Your Browser
Section titled “Restart Your Browser”Close your browser completely and open it again.
Then sign in to TocaToca once more.
Check Browser Extensions
Section titled “Check Browser Extensions”Some privacy, ad-blocking, or security extensions can prevent login information from being stored.
If you use such extensions, try temporarily disabling them and test the login again.
Sign In Again
Section titled “Sign In Again”Log in again through auth.tocatoca.com.
If the login is stored successfully, you should be recognized automatically during future visits.

- the device you are using
- the browser you are using
- whether the problem occurs constantly or only occasionally
