TocaToca was created for personal listening and for specific licensed forms of use.
Please help us keep the service fair and sustainable by using it responsibly.
Do Not Share Your Account
Section titled “Do Not Share Your Account”Your TocaToca account is personal and may not be shared with other people.
Sharing login credentials with friends, colleagues, club members, or any other third party is not permitted.
To protect the service, we monitor account usage. We are able to detect when an account is being used simultaneously by multiple people or from multiple locations.
What Happens in Cases of Misuse?
Section titled “What Happens in Cases of Misuse?”If we suspect account sharing or other forms of misuse, we may take one or more of the following actions:
- contact the account holder and issue a warning
- temporarily restrict access
- suspend the account
- terminate access to the service
Use by Professional DJs
Section titled “Use by Professional DJs”Standard TocaToca subscriptions do not include rights for professional, paid DJ performances.
Anyone who performs as a paid DJ at public events may not use TocaToca as a source of music for those performances.
Such use violates the terms of service and may result in legal consequences.
Contractual Penalties and Account Suspension
Section titled “Contractual Penalties and Account Suspension”In cases of intentional or repeated misuse, we reserve the right to:
- permanently suspend access
- revoke any granted usage rights
- enforce contractual penalties where applicable
